We require personal data from you in order to fulfil the contractual relationships. In order to enable business operations, in particular the placing of orders and the awarding of contracts, and in order to enable the processing of all orders

in order to be able to guarantee the security of business transactions in this context, we are dependent on collecting, storing and passing on this personal data to third parties.

Our legitimate interest in the collection, use, storage and transfer of data arises from the fact that the above-mentioned business transactions are associated with administrative measures which are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and at the same time must satisfy the statutory requirements. This includes the creation of documents, in particular order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices, the delivery of goods and all work as well as the processing of payment transactions. A distinction must be made between obligatory personal data (Name, address) and voluntary data (mobile number, e-mail address, account number, Photos). The obligatory data, also basic data, are necessary for the initiation and fulfillment of a contractual relationship. For their collection and use we do not need your separate consent.

The voluntary data facilitate and accelerate the administrative measures and enable an optimal service for you.

We would like to point out that less than ten employees in our company are involved in the collection and processing of personal data. Therefore, there is no expressly appointed data protection officer in our company.

You are entitled at any time to request information from us as to which personal data we have stored about you.

(2) You have the right to have your data corrected.

(3) You have the right to delete, block, restrict the processing of personal data and to object to the processing of personal data, unless this data is required within the framework of the business or contractual relationship (justified interest) and/or prescribed by law.

In principle, your data will be stored by us for as long as required by law (6 years for business letters, 10 years for tax-relevant documents). The rights mentioned under (1) to (3) result from Articles 15 to 21 DSGVO.

Pursuant to Article 77 DSGVO, you may register with the supervisory authority for Complain about data security if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.
